Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients with knife skills and efficiency
Requirements
- background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant experience with a focus on quality and safety
- knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations
- Experience in menu planning, meal preparation, catering, or food service environments
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for hygiene and safety practices
