Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule: Full-time day shift, including every other weekend
Solero Columbus is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, support the health and well-being of individuals served, and work collaboratively with other members of the care team.

- Provide nursing care in accordance with established care plans, policies, and procedures.
- Assess individuals' health status and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Monitor vital signs and other clinical indicators as required.
- Communicate changes in condition to appropriate medical providers and members of the care team.
- Coordinate and follow up on medical appointments, treatments, and recommendations.
- Provide education and support to individuals and their families or caregivers.
- Maintain accurate medical records and required documentation.
- Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies.
- Promote health, safety, dignity, and independence.
- Work collaboratively with direct-care staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow infection-control, medication-management, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in care planning and ongoing evaluation of services.
- Perform other nursing and clinical duties as assigned.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain as required.
- Previous nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, professional, and respectful approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and respond appropriately to changing needs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare privacy requirements.
Full-Time Day Shift
- Full-time daytime schedule
- Every other weekend required
