We have immediate openings for Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to join our team on large-scale commercial construction projects throughout New Mexico.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Project Administration & Support
- Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in delivering projects on time and on budget
- Support assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout, following our project responsibility matrix
- Monitor and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Regularly visit jobsites across New Mexico to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality
- Provide consistent updates and accurate records to keep the team informed
Relationship Management
- Build strong partnerships with Project Managers, Superintendents, Subcontractors, Desing Partners and Owners
- Identify value-added opportunities to exceed client and stakeholder expectations
- Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused project team culture
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (students near completion encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Desire to grow into a long-term career in commercial construction
- Field or industry experience a plus
