About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on product designer who can design and release production-ready drawings for stainless steel equipment with minimal supervision. This is not a conceptual role — you will be working directly with our production team and real projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Design stainless steel products (worktables, cabinets, custom equipment)
- Create accurate 3D models and shop drawings for manufacturing
- Work closely with fabrication team (cutting, bending, welding, polishing)
- Adjust designs based on real production feedback
- Handle custom projects based on client specs
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks
- Strong understanding of sheet metal design
- Ability to create production-ready drawings
- Familiar with tolerances, dimensions, and fabrication constraints
- Good communication with shop/production team
Preferred (Strong Plus):
- Experience in stainless steel / commercial kitchen equipment
- Familiar with NSF standards
- Prior experience working with a factory or workshop
