We’re looking for a warm, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join us at Cedar Creek Apothecary. This role is centered around creating a welcoming, thoughtful in-store experience while helping customers discover products that support health and natural living.
You will assist customers with purchases, maintain a beautiful and organized shop environment, and learn about our herbs/herbal medicine, teas, and curated goods so you can confidently guide and support those who walk through our doors.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful customer interactions, appreciates a calm and aesthetically beautiful retail space, and has an interest in herbalism, natural wellness, and intentional living.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, friendly manner
- Process purchases using the register (Square POS)
- Help customers find products and answer basic questions
- Learn about herbs, teas, and shop offerings
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Restock shelves and assist with light merchandising
- Ideal Qualities
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Interest in herbalism and natural wellness/living
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Herbalism knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Position Details
- Part-time (15 hours minimum per week with more available during the holidays)
- Regular weekend availability required
- Daytime shifts
- Compensation commensurate with experience
