Summary
We are seeking a skilled Catering Chef to join our team at Hart's Turkey Farm Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing catering events, ensuring high-quality food service that aligns with our restaurant's reputation for excellence. This position is vital in enhancing our guests' dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality food that meets our standards of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Manage inventory and supplies for catering operations efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the Catering Director and staff to ensure timely service during events.
- Assist in training staff on catering procedures and food service standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in catering or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Experience in menu planning and kitchen management is preferred.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
