We’re looking for a Litigation Law Clerk who’s already been in the trenches — someone who understands discovery battles, motion practice, and high-pressure deadlines. If you can draft, strategize, and help drive cases toward resolution or trial, we want you.

What You’ll Do
Own the Litigation Process
- Draft motions to compel, oppositions, MSA motions, and other key filings with minimal supervision.
- Prepare meet-and-confer letters, assist with discovery disputes, and handle follow-up communications.
- Prepare mediation briefs, detailed demands, and settlement packages that move the needle.
- Assist attorneys with trial prep, including:
- MILs
- Trial briefs
- Exhibit lists, witness outlines, trial binders
- All pre-trial filings and organizational tasks
Drive Discovery Forward
- Draft and respond to Form/Special Interrogatories, RFAs, RFPs, and subpoenas.
- Review and summarize medical records, bills, expert reports, photos, investigative reports, and evidence.
- Build case timelines and damages evaluations to strengthen negotiation leverage.
- Coordinate with experts, providers, and opposing counsel to keep cases moving — no delays.
Have Direct Impact
- Communicate with clients, gather declarations, and assist attorneys at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial (as permitted).
- Participate in attorney strategy sessions and contribute meaningful insights — not busywork.
Who You Are
- You already have personal injury litigation experience — this is not an entry-level position.
- You can independently draft litigation-ready motions, oppositions, meet-and-confers, demands, and mediation briefs.
- You thrive under pressure, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work quickly.
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and strategic.
- Law student, JD graduate, or post-bar clerk — bar license not required (but a plus).
Extra Points
- Prior trial preparation experience (MILs, trial briefs, witness lists, evidence binders).
- Spanish speaker strongly preferred — many clients are Spanish-speaking, and strong communication is critical.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $50.00 per hour
COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience and includes health insurance, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, bonus system etc.
Work Location & Schedule:
· In-Person, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
· Ability to Commute to Beverly Hills, CA 90212 (Required)
