The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is hiring a Benefits Specialist to join their Human Resources team in Charlotte, NC!

In this role, you’ll support:
- Benefits reconciliations and payroll file reviews
- ACA eligibility, reporting, and compliance
- HRIS and vendor data integrity
- Employee benefits counseling and support
- Special projects and process improvements
We’re especially interested in candidates with:
- Benefits administration, payroll, accounting, or ACA experience
- Experience reading reports, analyzing data, and resolving discrepancies
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working in HRIS/payroll systems
- close attention to detail and a customer-service mindset
