We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Server Assistant in our restaurant. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, supporting the waitstaff, and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently, following established procedures and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Assisting servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
- Refilling water glasses and assisting with guest requests during their dining experience.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of tables, including arranging cutlery, napkins, and other necessary items.
- Monitoring the dining area to ensure all tables are clean and ready for new guests.
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to maintain a smooth flow of food service.
- Supporting the waitstaff in any additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a SA or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional service to guests.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
