Responsibilities of the Tire Warehouse Associate
Load and unload tires from delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
Organize and stock tires in designated warehouse locations to maintain order and accessibility.
Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment or customer pickup, ensuring timely delivery.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, if certified, to facilitate operations.
Inspect tires for any damage or defects, ensuring quality control.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Assist with inventory counts and tracking to support inventory management.
Requirements of the Tire Warehouse Associate
Previous experience in a warehouse or tire handling role is preferred.
Ability to consistently lift heavy items, ranging from 50 to 75 lbs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing and moving.
Basic math and organizational skills to manage inventory and orders.
Forklift certification is a plus, enhancing operational efficiency.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic to support team goals.
Ability to work in varying temperatures within a warehouse setting.
