Key Responsibilities
Deliver Direct EIDBI Services
Provide high-quality, direct Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions under the supervision of a QSP and Level I Provider.
Implement Individualized Treatment Plans
Carry out skill-acquisition programs and behavior intervention strategies outlined in each client’s Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP), ensuring services are personalized and goal-focused.
Monitor and Document Client Progress
Accurately collect, record, and maintain data on client behaviors and skill development to support data-driven clinical decisions.
Support Treatment Planning
Assist in the development, review, and ongoing evaluation of each client’s ITP to promote measurable and meaningful outcomes.
Provide Supervision When Applicable
Offer guidance and oversight to Level III EIDBI providers as assigned, helping maintain service quality and clinical consistency.
Build Strong Therapeutic Relationships
Establish positive, professional relationships with clients and their caregivers to encourage engagement, trust, and collaboration.
Collaborate with the Clinical Team
Work closely with the QSP, BCBA, and interdisciplinary team to analyze data, adjust interventions, and continuously improve treatment effectiveness.
Contribute to a Positive Team Culture
Actively support a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful work environment while contributing to team success.
Qualifications:
To qualify as a level II provider, a person must be employed by an EIDBI provider agency and meet at least one of the following sets of requirements:
1. Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in behavioral or child development science or a related field (e.g., mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy, health science, education, sociology, nursing, human services, counseling, family studies), and meet at least one of the following requirements:
- BCaBA certification through the BACB
- RBT certification through the BACB
Additional Qualifications
Physical & Mobility Requirements
You must be able to actively engage with children throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and sitting on the floor for extended periods. The role also requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move quickly to respond to client needs in a dynamic environment.
Passion for Working with Children
Experience working with children is essential, along with a genuine enthusiasm for helping them grow, learn, and succeed.

Schedule Commitment
Availability is required Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
