POSITION SUMMARY + RESPONSIBILITIES
- As the leader overseeing the entire project team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the project.
- Implement Firm Wide initiatives, processes, and leadership.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and projects.
- Generate financial objectives and work plans for your projects.
- Track progress of the overall project, hours worked, and budget.
- Cultivate and maintain productive working relationships.
- Organize project schedules, design requirements, and production delivery.
- Oversight of the production work relative to budget and progression.
- Identify and address issues following protocol and procedures to reach the best resolution.
- Build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Mentor and foster staff growth.
- Work well with governing authorities to obtain approval from building departments, engineering, planning, water districts, fire, and other agencies tied to code review and approvals.
EXPERIENCE + SKILLSETS
- 3+ years of Architectural (A-E) Manager Experience in a commercial Architectural Firm.
- 5+ years of strong Revit experience in an architectural office working on commercial projects.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), Microsoft Project, and other industry software (Preferred).
- Superior Interpersonal skills with an ability to cultivate and maintain productive working relationships.
- Technically sound experience with all phases of commercial architecture design projects from project setup, programming, and all phases of design (Programming, Master Planning, Site Planning, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, etc.) through construction administration.
- Highly organized with a natural ability to prioritize.
- Experience in the commercial architecture industry surrounding
- Municipal and State Government projects (Administrative Office Buildings, Public Safety Projects, Fire Stations, Police Stations, Courthouses, Search and Rescue, Public Works, Vehicle Maintenance and Storage, etc.)
- Federal Government projects (DoD, DoE, USACE, ARNG, ANG, etc.)
- Industrial Storage and Warehouse Facilities
- Creative, Self-Driven, Collaborative, Motivated, and Natural Problem Solver.
- Proficient in current construction administrative procedures.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methods and how it impacts the project.
- Superior verbal and written communication, collaborative, flexible, outgoing, and performs well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.

EDUCATION
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or emphasis (associates degree, minor, etc.) in Architecture. (Required)
