Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of hallways and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude with strong customer service skills is essential for interacting with guests.
