Duties
- Inspect residential roofs to identify damage, leaks, and areas needing repair or replacement
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform roofing repairs, patching, and sealing tasks
- Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely on construction sites
- Price Repairs and Sell Repair Contracts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and site regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction, roofing, or related trades with a strong understanding of building techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes for project planning and material ordering
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
- Experience with restoration work, framing carpentry, or handyman projects is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Sales experience closing repair contracts
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation preferred
