Front Desk Supervisor
Job Type: Full‑time | Hourly, Non‑Exempt
Role Overview
The Front Desk Supervisor supports the General Manager by overseeing Front Desk, supervising team members, and ensuring guests receive a warm, efficient, and memorable experience. This position also serves as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is off‑property.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise all Front Desk operations, including scheduling, inventories, and daily workflow

Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager

Provide leadership, coaching, and development for team members

Participate in hiring, training, and accountability for Front Desk and Breakfast associates

Greet, check in, and check out guests with professionalism and efficiency

Make reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to guest inquiries
-
Anticipate guest needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction

Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally

Communicate effectively with all departments to support smooth operations

Prepare and reconcile cash deposits accurately

Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
-
Communicate safety or service concerns to management in a timely manner

Follow all Hilton brand standards, A&R policies, and safety procedures

Serve as a Brand Ambassador for A&R Group’s culture, mission, and values

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
-
Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Excellent communication and customer‑service skills

Strong problem‑solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment

Ability to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Passion for delivering exceptional guest service

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency

Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
