We are seeking an Assistant Principal who values consistency, professionalism, and mentorship. This role supports the Principal and Superintendent while replacing the former Lead Teacher position, integrating instructional support directly into leadership.
Position Summary
The Assistant Principal helps maintain daily school operations, reinforces expectations with staff, and supports instructional quality across classrooms. This role is ideal for an educator who wants to grow into leadership through a clear, structured model rather than reinventing the wheel.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply the school’s established instructional and operational model
- Support the Principal with teacher supervision, coaching, and classroom walkthroughs
- Maintain a positive, professional, and consistent school culture
- Assist with discipline, parent communication, and student support
- Lead grade‑level meetings, data reviews, and instructional planning
- Ensure compliance with state, district, and charter requirements
- Uphold expectations outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Serve as a reliable leadership presence when the Principal is off‑site
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment and continuity

Compensation & Fringe Benefits
This position includes a competitive salary ($65,000–$75,000) plus performance bonuses, along with a full benefits package:
