The Opportunity
As the Pre-Roll Machine Operator, you are responsible for the safe operation of production equipment and processing systems for pre-roll production. This position is a LEAD role and requires a certain comfort level with industrial processing machinery. This person shall be trained to operate, maintain, and keep to sanitization schedules of all pre-roll manufacturing lines within the operation including the Roll Pros and Fill-N-Fold systems. The role involves working in a team environment, closely with the Production Manager, Metrc Teams, and Packaging Associates to hit weekly and monthly production goals.
What You Get to Do
- Manufacturing Operations:
o Operate the joint rolling machines and equipment including the Roll Pros and Fill-N-Fold systems
o Operate pre-roll packaging equipment
o Operate various label applicators and printers
o Operate and calibrate load cells and quality assurance systems
- Reports and Documentation:
o Track and report product counts, defects, or quality issues
o Observe and communicate with management team to handle preventative maintenance issues
- Lead a team of Associates to complete daily production tasks.

- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.

- Preferred Serv-Safe certification
- Reside within a distance that allows for a regular on-site presence.

What Qualifies You
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to secure a license from the Regulatory Agency
- Responsible for following all relevant Cannabis Regulations
- Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process
