We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping complex processes running smoothly. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting our advisors through every stage of the financial planning process.
This is not a sales position. Instead, you'll become an integral member of our advisory team, combining client service, operations, financial planning support, and investment operations into one rewarding career.
What You'll DoClient Relationship Management
- Serve as one of the primary contacts for existing clients.
- Build trusted relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
- Respond promptly to client requests and questions.
- Coordinate client meetings and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Work closely with advisors to anticipate client needs.
Operations & Account Management
- Manage account openings, transfers, beneficiary changes, and other account maintenance.
- Coordinate with custodians to resolve account issues.
- Monitor custodian alerts and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate client records within the CRM.
- Manage client cash movement requests, distributions, and contributions.
- Oversee account conversions and operational projects.
Financial Planning Support
- Prepare client review meeting materials.
- Assist advisors with implementing planning recommendations.
- Prepare paperwork and letters of instruction.
- Help coordinate financial planning deliverables.
- Review client information for completeness and accuracy.
Investment Operations
- Process trades as directed by advisors and within firm procedures.
- Assist with Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) processing.
- Support investment-related operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate records while following compliance procedures.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field), or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in customer service, banking, accounting, financial services, insurance, or business operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Preferred
- Experience in wealth management, financial planning, banking, or investment operations.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience working with investment custodians.
- Knowledge of financial planning concepts.
- Series 65 license or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment (company support provided for the right candidate).
