Lead Line Cook
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Line Cook to work directly under our Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant offering both dine-in and carryout service.
Position Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily kitchen operations alongside the Chef.
- Prepare and execute menu items consistently and efficiently.
- Train and assist line cooks as needed.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Help manage prep lists, inventory, and station readiness.
- Work effectively during high-volume service periods.
Required Experience:
Candidates must be proficient and comfortable working all kitchen stations, including:
- Flat Top
- Grill
- Sauté
- Cold Side (Salads, Sandwiches, Appetizers, etc.)
- Fryer
Qualifications:
- Previous lead line cook or strong line cook experience required.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
