Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician for a commercial project in New Rochelle, New York.
- PAY: $30-$40/hr (based upon experience)
- HOURS: 10–12 hour days, approximately 40 hours/week
- SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM as needed
- START DATE: ASAP
- DURATION: 1 month
Licensed Journeyman Electrician Job Description:
Duties include performing electrical rough-in work on a commercial project. The electrician will be responsible for installing and running electrical systems according to project specifications, reading blueprints, and completing rough-in electrical work.
Qualifications for Licensed Journeyman Electrician:
- Must have a valid New York Journeyman Electrician License.
- Experience performing commercial electrical rough-in work.
- Ability to read and follow electrical blueprints and project specifications.
- Must be able to work 10–12 hour shifts as required.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding electrical work in a commercial construction environment.
- Must be able to perform job duties requiring bending, standing, climbing, kneeling, and twisting.
- Position requires the use of PPE including: steel-toe work boots, gloves, tape measure, carpenter's level, steel finishing trowel, and edging tool.
Additional Requirements for Licensed Journeyman Electrician:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
