Our client is a highly respected General Contractor with a strong and growing presence across the Columbus construction market. With a robust pipeline of complex industrial, higher education, commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects ranging from $40M–$100M+.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of construction projects including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design partners, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
- Oversee project financials including forecasting, cost control, change management, and risk mitigation
- Manage and provide leadership to project teams including Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
- Coordinate complex project logistics, phasing, scheduling, and sequencing across active and occupied environments
- Lead OAC meetings, manage project documentation, and drive proactive communication across all stakeholders
- Partner closely with field leadership to maintain schedule, quality, safety, and overall project performance
- Mentor and develop emerging project management talent
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Project Management experience with a GC/CM
- Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects, in the $40M–$100M+ range
- Experience across industrial, higher education, commercial, healthcare, institutional, or similarly complex construction environments
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation
- Demonstrated leadership and strong owner-facing communication skills
- Experience managing complex ground-up, renovation, expansion, or occupied-facility projects
- Procore or similar construction management software experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $125K–$155K+ base salary
