Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Handyman / Remodeling Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and remodeling tasks across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Requirements
- Must have a reliable truck or work vehicle.
- Must own basic hand tools and power tools required to complete handyman and remodeling work.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions when needed.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and repairs.
- Interior and exterior painting.
- Trim and finish carpentry.
- Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, hardwood).
- Door and window installation.
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- General home maintenance and repair.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential repair and remodeling projects to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Take clear before, during, and after photos of every project.
- Photograph measurements, existing conditions, and project details to assist the office with estimating future work.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Work independently while maintaining quality craftsmanship.
