We are seeking a Quality Control Ink Lab Tech to join our team!
We have position available on first shift - 5 day work week- Monday - Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm.
You will be responsible for performing various quality tests, color matching and projects as assigned. Ink experience preferred.
We offer a competitive pay range based on experience starting $20 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Quality Testing of Ink produced using various equipment. Xrite, scuff tester, etc
- Prepare ink samples for routine testing and analysis
- Perform Color Matching
- Properly record results for further analysis and easy reference
- Monitor inventory samples and supplies
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Work under the supervision of technical management team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an ink technician or in other related fields
- Familiarity with solvent and water-based ink manufacturing
- Technical and/or chemistry background a big plus
- Strong organizational skills, computer skills, experience with XRite
