JPC Handyman is looking for an experienced and reliable Handyman / Independent Contractor (1099) to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general handyman repairs and home improvement services.
- Drywall repair and patching.
- Interior and exterior painting and touch-ups.
- Door, lock, handle, and hardware installation and repair.
- Furniture assembly and installation.
- TV mounting, shelves, pictures, mirrors, curtain rods, and other wall-mounted items.
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Cabinet and closet repairs and installation.
- General maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Complete jobs professionally, safely, and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean work area and clean up after each job.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers.
Requirements:
- Previous handyman or home improvement experience.
- Must have your own basic tools.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel to different job locations.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be comfortable with a variable work schedule based on available projects.
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: Percentage-based pay per completed job. Work and earnings may vary depending on project availability.
Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
