Required Qualifications

Strong experience in desktop support and end-user services.

Hands-on experience with Active Directory, ADUC, authentication, and access management.

Experience administering SCCM 2012.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting (3.0+), including automation and Active Directory integration.

Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting methodologies.

Ability to analyze issues systematically, identify root causes, test solutions, and implement changes in production environments.

Experience learning and supporting new technologies and tools.
