Job Summary
Tapville Social Managers lead all Team Members to create a simple, hassle-free guest experience. Managers ensure decisions and actions align with Tapville's Core Values and coach team members to meet all Tapville Social operating and service standards.
Job Duties
- Live and guide others by our Tapville's Core Values
- Directly supervise and support all Managers and Team Members, fostering collaboration and communication to create a safe, clean, and discrimination-free environment
- Execute all Tapville Social brand operating and Five-Star Service standards
- Ensure guests receive Tapville's Five-Star guest experience; follow up on any issues and complaints to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to drive sales, traffic, and return visits by creating and implementing local store marketing and national marketing promotions.
- Determine current, and future staffing needs to ensure an adequate number of talented Team Members are available to deliver a great guest experience.
- Provide ongoing and honest feedback, coaching and development, and accountability to Managers and Team Members.
- Complete all financial and personnel / payroll-related administrative duties accurately and timely, per company policies and procedures.
- Validate and order food and beverage inventory per company standards.
Ensure proper security procedures are in place to protect team members, guests, and Company assets.

Skill Requirements
- High School Diploma or High School equivalency is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a multi-million dollar, 200+ cover operation
- Possess business insight and understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to restaurant profitability
- Strong communication, leadership, computer, and math skills
- Capable of performing all functions for all hourly positions
- ServSafe Management, Allergen, and Basset certification
Physical Requirements
- Able to work 55 hours per week
- Able to stand for the entire workday
- Able to move about on foot to accomplish tasks. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
