ECC is expanding its footprint in the great state of Texas with new opportunities at Tarana Fixed wireless and FTTH installations. We’re looking for the right individuals to help us expand our operation.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist Elite in building its Fiber to the home (FTTH) and Fixed Wireless operations in Texas
- Perform outdoor work involving ladder use, mechanical knowledge of electrical systems, and working in various weather conditions.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies while providing excellent customer service during installations.
- Ensure all work meets Texas code requirements
- Perform and report on your quality
- Document all work performed accurately in reports and logs; communicate progress or issues to supervisors effectively.
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting equipment and team members to job sites.
Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for project assignments, including overnight and/or extended travel to different job sites. Must be comfortable working away from home for the duration of assigned projects.
- This job requires the physical ability to perform outdoor tasks including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor during residential installations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely.
- Ability to operate hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, power tools, and testing equipment like ohmmeters.
- Proven experience in network installation, telecommunications infrastructure work, or related field service roles.
- Strong knowledge of fiber splicing techniques and telecommunications network cable installation.
Preferred Experience:
- Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) installation experience
- Tarana Fixed wireless installation experience
- Low-voltage systems
- Residential and commercial fiber installations
- Strong communication and organizational skills

The listed pay rates are exclusive to W2 employment opportunities. If you wish to come aboard as a 1099, pay rates will be discussed after NDAs are in place.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
