We are seeking a Treasury Manager to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing the Company's treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt administration, and treasury reporting. The Treasury Manager ensures the Company maintains adequate liquidity to support operations while optimizing cash flow, mitigating financial risk, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and financing agreements. The Treasury Manager partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and business leaders to support strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement of treasury processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Company's daily cash position, liquidity, and short-term cash forecasting to ensure adequate funding for operational and strategic needs.
- Oversee banking relationships, including account administration, banking services, and fee management.
- Administer the Company's debt portfolio, including borrowings, repayments, covenant compliance, lender reporting, and related documentation.
- Coordinate treasury activities associated with acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions.
- Partner with FP&A and Accounting to support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting activities.
- Monitor compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and applicable financial regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury operations through process enhancements, automation, and technology solutions.
- Prepare treasury reports, liquidity analyses, and presentations for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Lead or support special projects and other finance initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or other related field required
- 5+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, banking or financial management experience required
- Experience managing cash forecasting, banking relationships, and debt administration within a corporate environment.
- Experience with treasury management systems, ERP platforms, and advanced financial reporting tools preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate treasury principles, cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP and treasury management software preferred.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, financial processes, and banking operations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to leaders across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across Finance and business functions.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment while multi-tasking and managing a heavy volume of requests with tight time frame parameters
