Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a warm first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information or directing to appropriate departments
- Check in guest using the hotels PMS system
- Support office management tasks such as organizing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional manner
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs effectively
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
