Full-Time Closer position available in our Stillwater, MN Location

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively and closely with lenders, builders, and realtors to assemble, review, organize, prepare and review relevant documentation for closing.
Ensure all title, disbursement and closing activities adhere to federal, state, and underwriting policies and regulations.
Serve as liaison between borrowers, builders, agents, and lenders.
Read and understand title commitments and address, solve any questions or concerns prior to closing.
Develop positive working relationships with clients and customers as well as provide frequent communication.
Represent Land Title Inc. professionally while providing a high level of customer service.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation on progress and disposition of files.
Manage progress of the title work and facilitate corrections or issues to help maintain accuracy of files throughout the closing process.
Qualifications & Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
Working knowledge of advanced concepts, terms, practices and procedures of the title industry, closing process
High attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
Strong sense of urgency, professional demeanor and top-notch customer service skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.
Flexibility to attend closings outside the office when necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent;
Experience: Closing experience is a plus but not necessary. Experience with all other types of closings; refinance, purchase, and real estate transactions is helpful.

Hourly ranges are determined by role, and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
