The Guest Relations Specialist will embrace working in a high-paced, dynamic environment with customer service at the center of all activities. Applicant will be the main point of contact for all guest for vacation accommodations as well as provide customer service for guests currently staying in our properties.
Essential Functions:

Assist guest with making reservations

Support guest arrival and departures

Answer multiple calls, emails and chats messages.

Work with guests to resolve any issues.

Assist guest with concierge requests

Provide excellent customer service to elevate the guest experience

Provide high end solutions to luxury guest
Skills:

A heart for hospitality and a willingness to go the extra mile

Use techniques and strategies to close a sale in a timely manner.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Familiarity of the Destin and 30A area

Desire for learning and growth

Proven work history in the hospitality space
