Role Description The Stone Company Project Manager role at Stone Again is a full-time, on-site position based in Deerfield Beach, FL. This role oversees stone-related projects from initial planning through completion, including coordinating material sourcing, fabrication, delivery, and installation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and project documentation; supervising expediting activities; and liaising with clients, suppliers, and installation teams to address issues and maintain clear communication. The Project Manager conducts on-site inspections to verify quality and adherence to specifications, monitors logistical workflows, and proactively identifies risks or delays.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including experience planning, coordinating, and delivering stone-related projects.
- Experience in managing material orders, track deliveries and overseas freight and coordinate daily local deliveries.
- Inspection skills to assess material quality, installation accuracy, and compliance with project specifications.
- Logistics management skills to oversee transportation, inventory, and scheduling across multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, project tracking systems).
- Experience in construction, stone fabrication, or a related industry is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Deerfield Beach FL, including regular visits to project locations and fabrication facilities within the tri-county area
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
