Currently, we are seeking experienced Warehouse/Material Handlers for our Manufacturing client in Brighton. They specialize in producing a variety of additives and construction related compounds used in concrete, waterproofing, grouting, etc. They are located near Hwy 85 and 104th Ave.

Warehouse/Material Handlers:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Pull finished product from inventory, assemble orders, and prepare for shipment in accordance with company policy and customer requests.
- Select, pack, and wrap products to be shipped - palletizing.
- Receive inbound material including finished product from other locations, operating supplies and equipment and transfer to appropriate storage locations.
- Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks and transport materials between locations in the warehouse.
- Count and examine materials, supplies, finished product, etc. to verify completeness against appropriate documents; checks for damaged materials; maintains records of shortages, damages, and other exceptions.
- Use bar code scanner to achieve inventory accuracy.
- Maintain work location in excellent condition to comply with company policies for safety and housekeeping. Perform cycle counts and other inventory verification as required.
- Deliver raw materials to production via warehouse management system
- Must be extremely reliable - very strict attendance policy.
- Other duties as needed which may be assigned by the Manager
Qualifications/Experience/Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years recent shipping/receiving experience in a warehouse.
- 2+ years of recent forklift operation experience.
- Able to read, write and comprehend documents in English.
- Ability to meet certification requirements following company training program in forklift operation
- Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout work shift
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; ability to motivate and direct the work of others.
- Able to work overtime and extended hours if/as needed.
There are 3 shifts available - Schedules/Pay Rates:
- Day Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm at $23.00/hr
- Swing Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm at $25.00/hr ($23.00/hr plus a $2.00/hr shift premium)
- Graveyard Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm to 6:30am at $25.00/hr ($23.00/hr plus a $2.00/hr shift premium)

***Criminal Background Check Required - 7 years Reviewed - Convictions for theft, drugs, and/or violence are not accepted.***
***Must be able to pass a Full Physical which can include a Respirator Fit Test***
