As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role by coaching team members, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining food safety standards, and helping the store achieve sales and profitability goals. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with all daily store operations.
- Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
- Ensure smoothies and food items are prepared accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
- Open and close the store following company procedures.
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and controlling operating costs.
- Monitor inventory, receive deliveries, and place product orders as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Motivate the team to meet sales goals, speed of service, and guest satisfaction expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and health regulations.
- Perform cash handling, register balancing, and daily deposits.
- Step into the Store Manager role when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous restaurant, retail, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory or management experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
