Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Live Streaming Sales Associate to join our team at SMOO. In this role, you will be the vibrant face of our brand, specializing in our premium hair care line. You will engage audiences through live video broadcasts on the Whatnot platform, demonstrating the effectiveness of our products in preventing hair loss and promoting healthy hair growth. Your enthusiasm will build a loyal community, answer customer inquiries in real-time, and drive sales through compelling, live demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Host lively and interactive live streaming sessions on Whatnot to promote SMOO hair care products.
- Clearly explain the science and benefits of our formulas, specifically focusing on hair loss prevention and hair growth solutions.
- Demonstrate product usage, answer live questions promptly, and provide personalized hair care advice to viewers.
- Maintain order in the live streaming room and create a positive, inclusive, and professional atmosphere for our community.
- Collaborate with our team to plan sales campaigns and branding initiatives that highlight the results of our hair care line.
Skills & Requirements
- Passion for Hair Care: A genuine interest in hair health, growth, and loss prevention is a major plus.
- English proficiency: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate professionally and proficiently with customers.
- Personality: Outgoing, expressive, and comfortable appearing on camera for live broadcasts.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or live streaming is highly preferred.
- Attitude: Serious, responsible, and a fast learner—we are happy to provide professional training for the right candidate!
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 - $35 per hour (determined based on experience and performance).
- Training: Professional live streaming training on the SMOO product line provided.
