Best Deals Auto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is confident, professional, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience.
This position is ideal for an individual with a proven background in sales, preferably automotive sales, who understands the importance of customer service, product knowledge, and closing deals efficiently. Our sales consultants have access to a large inventory of quality vehicles, financing solutions for all credit types, and an opportunity to build a six-figure income.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
- Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, options, and benefits with confidence
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales professionally and ethically
- Maintain CRM follow-up schedules and customer records
- Stay knowledgeable about inventory, pricing, and market trends
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Represent Best Deals Auto with professionalism and integrity at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
- Automotive sales experience strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of vehicles, trims, and automotive brands
- Must possess basic mechanical knowledge and understand common vehicle systems and components
- Ability to explain vehicle features and mechanical differences to customers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience
- Experience with CRM software and internet leads
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
- Finance and warranty product knowledge is a plus
