Emerald Edge is hiring a Telecommunications Representative to support customer enrollment efforts for AT&T Fiber services in the Charlotte area. This entry-level role focuses on educating customers, guiding them through available options, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.
As a Telecommunications Representative, you will help individuals and households understand how upgraded connectivity can support their daily routines. Through structured training, you’ll learn how to present information clearly and assist customers in selecting plans that match their needs.
Key Responsibilities Of the Telecommunications Representative
- Speak with customers to understand their current internet usage and needs
- Provide clear explanations of AT&T Fiber services and features
- Guide customers through the enrollment process from start to finish
- Assist with plan selection based on lifestyle, usage, and household demands
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments
- Participate in local outreach efforts to increase awareness of available services
- Support a positive and informative experience for every customer interaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and detail-focused
