Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through inside and outside sales channels to identify their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and territory management strategies.
- Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring customer retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness in targeted territories.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities efficiently.
- Negotiate terms with clients, close sales deals, and ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to account management.
Qualifications
- No experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales is required! We will train you!
- Valid Drivers License and Vehicle
- Ability to Pass State/ Federal Background Check
Preferred Qualifications
- Focus on customer service excellence .
- Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales activities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analysis skills to understand client needs and present compelling solutions.
- Knowledge of territory management techniques and experience in direct or territory sales environments.
- Ability to perform product demos, upsell effectively, and handle technical sales discussions confidently.
