Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor - Telecom Construction to lead and oversee large-scale telecommunications infrastructure projects. In this role, you will supervise construction teams, coordinate project schedules, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your leadership will drive project success by supervising crews, reviewing technical drawings, and utilizing construction management software to streamline operations. Duties
- Supervise construction crews on telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
- Coordinate construction schedules to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate implementation.
- Oversee the review of construction drawings and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with Project Management to track costs, and perform budgeting activities to keep projects financially on track.
- Ensure adherence to construction safety management practices in accordance with federal safety regulations.
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to monitor progress, document issues, and communicate updates effectively.
- Conduct quality control inspections on-site to ensure all work meets industry standards.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise site activities related specialized telecom construction tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience supervising telecom infrastructure development.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in a supervisory role within the telecom industry.
- Knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA safety standards and federal safety regulations related to construction sites.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and reviewing construction plans for accuracy and compliance.
- Experience with construction safety supervisory practices on active job sites; ability to enforce safety protocols effectively.
- Ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Excellent supervisory communication skills with a focus on crew management, conflict resolution, and team leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Prior construction experience emphasizing telecommunications infrastructure is highly desirable.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
