**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team at the new Serafina Ristrante in downtown Apex. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service in an upscale casual dining environment.
**Duties:**
- Greet guests warmly and provide detailed information on menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay to kitchen staff promptly
- Serve meals and beverages in a professional and courteous manner
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Hospitality-oriented with a focus on providing top-notch customer service
- Familiarity with the food industry, including different cuisines and wine pairings
- Ability to upsell and recommend menu items effectively
