Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Residential Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to private residences, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and experience in various cleaning and housekeeping tasks. Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is highly valued. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout each property
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all client-specific instructions are followed meticulously
- Assist with minor household chores such as cooking or meal prep if required
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and general cleaning management
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Capable of different situations and being a problem solver if needed.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and moving throughout the residence
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
