Job Summary
Rosete Hardscapes is seeking a dependable, hardworking Skilled Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in hardscape construction and is committed to producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe and professional job site. This position involves installing patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor living spaces, and other landscape construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Install paver patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls.
- Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation.
- Set forms and pour/finish concrete when required.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
- Install base materials, compact aggregate, and ensure proper drainage.
- Read layout plans and follow project specifications.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site.
- Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Perform other construction and landscape duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardscape or construction preferred.
- Experience with paver installation, retaining walls, and concrete work is a plus.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
