About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Consumer Testing Coordinator to join our team at our Test America – CRG Global Inc. location in the Woodfield Mall. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate consumer research studies by recruiting participants, managing scheduling, collecting data, and ensuring every respondent has a positive, professional experience.
You'll play a vital role in the success of every study conducted at our location — and no prior research experience is required. We provide structured training and clear procedures from day one.
Hours of Operation: Monday–Saturday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM. Days off are scheduled based on full/part-time status and office needs. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
What You'll Do
- Recruit mall patrons and reach out to potential participants via phone, text, email, social media, and respondent databases
- Screen individuals for study eligibility and clearly explain study purposes
- Schedule, confirm, and manage participant appointments
- Greet and assist participants upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Build rapport and trust to create a positive respondent experience
- Follow study protocols, SOPs, and compliance requirements precisely
- Accurately document participant interactions, outreach activity, and confirmations
- Assist with study preparation, room setup, and pre-study readiness checks
- Meet recruitment goals and deadlines across various projects
- Flag any questionnaire issues, scheduling changes, or variances to leadership promptly
- Maintain data accuracy and strict confidentiality at all times

- Able to handle rejection gracefully and stay motivated toward goals
- Effective listener with solid data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
