What You’ll Do
- Conduct site assessments
- Complete job analyses and required DRS documentation
- Assist clients with résumés, applications, and interviews
- Build employer relationships to secure job opportunities
- Provide support during onboarding and early employment
- Monitor client progress for milestone payouts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and professional
- Background in social services, HR, job coaching, or staffing (preferred)
