CDI Doors is a fast-growing supplier of commercial doors, frames, and hardware, serving contractors and builders across the country. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a confident and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Gallatin, TN office.
Position Overview
You’ll play a key role in driving revenue by assisting customers with quotes, processing orders, and following up on leads. This is a inside sales role focused on inbound calls, email inquiries, and proactive outreach. You’ll help guide contractors and business owners through our product offerings and deliver a top-tier buying experience. All sales are made on the phone, text, or email, this is not a customer facing sales position.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
- Consistently on the phone with customers during the work day
- Provide accurate and timely quotes based on customer needs
- Follow up on open quotes and leads to close deals
- Educate customers on product options and shipping timelines
- Process and track sales orders using our internal system
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Help identify upsell opportunities and contribute to sales growth
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of inside sales phone experience in B2B transactions (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, email, and quoting software
- Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
- Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Construction, building materials, or commercial doors industry experience is a plus (but not required)
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Internet Sales Representative, or Call Center Sales Representative
