We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work with children with autism to design, implement, and supervise behavior plans that address their individual needs and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Supervise ABA and RBTs in implementing therapy.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans and adjust them as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, physicians, and family members, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, data sheets, and reports.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain BCBA certification.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills in behavior assessment, intervention design, and staff training.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to changing needs.
- Willingness to work a regular schedule of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
