Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator

What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and create a friendly, professional, and positive experience from the moment they arrive.
- Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and assist with daily front desk operations.
- Check clients in and out.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and inviting.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and help keep the spa running smoothly.

Qualifications:
- An esthetics license is required
- Knowledge of skincare, aesthetics, or the beauty industry is preferred.
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.
