Location: Effingham, GA
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM–7:30 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
AmeriCare Nursing Services is seeking a caring, dependable, and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality in-home care to an individual in Effingham, GA.
Responsibilities
The LPN will provide hands-on nursing and personal care, including:
- Bathing and personal hygiene assistance
- Dressing and grooming assistance
- G-tube feeding and related care
- Medication administration
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Interacting with and engaging the individual in a positive and respectful manner
- Monitoring the individual's needs and reporting changes appropriately
- Completing accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Providing compassionate, person-centered care throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Current Georgia LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Previous home care or medically complex care experience preferred
- Experience with G-tube feeding and medication administration preferred
- Dependable, responsible, and compassionate
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
- TB Test upon hire
