Kaiser Sign Innovations is looking for a motivated and reliable Sign Installer to join our growing team in Pueblo, Colorado. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and helping businesses stand out with professional signage.

Job Responsibilities
- Install various types of commercial signage including:
- – Channel letters– Monument and pylon signs– Wall signs and dimensional letters– Vinyl graphics and window decals– Banners and yard signs– Vehicle graphics and wraps– LED digital displays and electronic message centers
- Conduct site surveys and measurements for new sign projects
- Install and service LED display cabinets and sign lighting systems
- Safely operate ladders, lifts, and installation tools
- Load, transport, and handle signage materials
- Assist with sign fabrication and production work in the shop
- Apply vinyl graphics and assist with sign assembly when needed
- Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Big Plus)
- Experience operating large format sign equipment such as:
- – Flatbed printers– Roll-to-roll printers– Vinyl plotters– Laminators– CNC routers
- Experience with LED display installation or troubleshooting
- Graphic design knowledge (Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.)
- Sales & Marketing Responsibilities
- Meet with customers for site surveys and sign consultations
- Identify signage opportunities for local businesses
- Assist with gathering project information for quotes
- Help represent Kaiser Sign Innovations professionally in the community
- Build relationships with local businesses and property managers
- Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sign installation, construction, electrical work, or related trades is preferred
- Clean background required to perform installations on federal government properties.CompensationWage is negotiable and based on experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
