Job Summary
Plutonic is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision to associate and pre-licensed therapists while supporting the continued growth of our clinical team.
This is a flexible independent contractor role with responsibility for supervision, documentation review, clinical guidance, and select therapy services. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with pre-teens, teens, and/or young adults and is interested in helping clinicians effectively use technology as part of evidence-based care.
The position is primarily remote, with optional access to Plutonic office space for in-person therapy sessions at no cost.
Hours: 5+ hours per week

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to associate and pre-licensed therapists.
- Review and sign off on session notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other required clinical documentation.
- Mentor clinicians and provide guidance on clinical decision-making, documentation, ethics, and professional development including tool tips on how to use the Plutonic therapy platform.
- Provide select therapy services to Plutonic clients.
- Utilize Plutonic's virtual therapy platform to deliver engaging, high-quality care when appropriate.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with Plutonic leadership on clinical protocols, therapist training, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in SimplePractice.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, applicable licensing requirements, and professional ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Supervision designation (CPCS, LCSW-S, ACS, LMHC-S).
- Active license in Georgia. Willingness to pursue multi-state licensure is a plus.
- Experience with children and/or adolescents is a must.
- Minimum of 3 client sessions per week.
- Strong communication skills and comfort using telehealth platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
- Familiarity with electronic health record system Simple Practice.
Compensation & Benefits
